Love will be in the air in Arundel this Saturday, as Tarrant Square hosts the town’s first dedicated Valentine’s Day event.
Tarrant Street Market, working in partnership with Arundel Town Council, is inviting residents and visitors to a special celebration taking place on Saturday the 14th of February. The event will run from 11am until 3pm in Tarrant Square, right in the heart of the town.
Organisers say the Valentine’s Day market is designed to celebrate love, community and local creativity, while supporting independent traders and bringing people together in one of Arundel’s most popular public spaces.
Visitors can expect a range of local stalls offering handmade gifts, artisan products and unique Valentine’s treats, alongside a selection of street food and refreshments. The market aims to provide an alternative to the high street, encouraging shoppers to support small businesses and discover something a little different.
Dog lovers are also being catered for, with a dedicated Puppy Love stall planned for the day. This will include a special photo booth where owners can capture Valentine’s-themed pictures of their four-legged companions.
The event is open to everyone and organisers are encouraging couples, families, friends and visitors to come along and enjoy the atmosphere. With shopping, food and entertainment all in one place, the Valentine’s Day celebration is expected to add an extra touch of romance and fun to the town this weekend.
Some of the team from V2 Radio will also be there throughout the day!
