UPDATE: Two men killed in light aircraft crash

It occurred on Wednesday afternoon at Goodwood Airfield

Sussex Police have confirmed that two men have sadly died following a light aircraft crash this afternoon (Wednesday 30 June).

A 65-year-old from Bulls Cross and a 58-year-old from Gosport were tragically killed following the incident just north of Goodwood Airfield about 4.38pm.

Officers are providing support to their families at this difficult time.

The Air Accident Investigation Branch has been informed and there is no further information from them at this time.
