Think the very best hits and album tracks spanning the late 60s through to the early 90s from artists and groups including The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Robert Palmer, Elton John, Carole King, Eric Clapton, Joni Mitchell, Chris Rea, Supertramp and Dire Straits. We’ll also share some of the stories behind the songs and the memories too. It’s a great vibe!

Where in Sussex or Hampshire are you based: Currently in Eastbourne but I’ve lived and worked in many places in the south and south east over the years. I enjoy all that Sussex and Hampshire has to offer, but home has to be by the sea for the fresh air.

Musical taste: It's incredibly varied although I do have a soft spot for classic soft rock! Catch me in the right mood though and you could find me listening to anything from smooth jazz through to 80s electronic soul and funk, and sometimes even a bit of 90s dance.

How long have you been involved in radio: 30 years now in all sorts of roles. You could add another five years if you include some hospital radio in the early days.

Best radio experience: I've always enjoyed meeting the ‘stars’ of my childhood in the 70s and 80s. They’re often the most generous people - and usually have some great stories to share.

Favourite parts of Sussex and Hampshire: Arundel for its heritage, shopping and places to eat and drink. Portsdown Hill for views across Portsmouth and the Solent, and anywhere on the South Downs for their natural beauty and sense of freedom.
