Brighton travel to the outskirts of Madrid tonight with their Conference League campaign in good shape, with the Seagulls fancying their chances of making it three games unbeaten.
Kick-off at the Coliseum is 8pm UK time, and Fabian Hürzeler’s side sit ninth in the league phase table with four points from two games.
Albion opened their UEFA Conference League with a 4-0 win over Lithuanian side Kauno Zalgiris, before a disappointing goalless draw away at Czech team, Jablonec.
Brighton’s recent form in the Premier League gives them plenty of confidence going into the fixture against Getafe.
The Seagulls won for the first ever time at the Etihad on Saturday, in a 1-0 win at Manchester City last Saturday.

Brighton now sit at 3rd position in the table, and are considered genuine title contenders at this stage of the season.
Getafe go into the fixture with confidence, having beaten Sevilla 3-1 in La Liga last Saturday. The home side are known for their defensive first - combative style of play, which often causes a stir amongst the top teams in La Liga.
This is Getafe’s first Conference League campaign, and their first European action since 2019-20, when they reached the last 16 of the Europa League before losing to Inter Milan.
Brighton have been that far themselves, reaching the last 16 in 2023-24 before going out to Roma.
Both sides have injury problems. Brighton are without Stefanos Tzimas, Kaoru Mitoma, Femi Azeez, Zadok Yohanna and Evan Ferguson, while Pascal Struijk and Ferdi Kadioglu are doubts for the line-up. Getafe are missing Christantus Uche, Juanmi and Zaid Romero.
