Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary are appealing for the public’s help to find a 23-year-old man who is wanted in connection with a burglary in Fareham.
Jake Gray, from Portsmouth, is wanted as part of an ongoing investigation into a dwelling burglary in Ascot Close.
The address was broken into between 9.30pm on 23 August and 9.10am on 24 August, and car keys were stolen. A blue Audi A3 was then taken from outside the property.
Officers say they have followed various lines of enquiry to locate Gray but are now turning to the public for assistance.
He is described as white, of slim build, with short dirty blonde hair that is longer on top. He also has a tattoo on his left hand that covers the whole of his wrist and forearm.

Police have also warned that anyone found to be harbouring Gray in order to deliberately obstruct officers’ attempts to find him may be committing an offence and could be arrested themselves.
Anyone who has seen Gray, or who has information about where he might be, is asked to call police on 101, quoting incident number 44260411993. Information can also be submitted online through the force’s website.
Alternatively, people can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, or through its online form.
