
Police in Portsmouth are investigating after a man in his 50s was thrown off his bicycle.
This happened last Sunday at 6:45 pm when he was cycling through the Swan Lake area.
The man hit a fishing line that had been tied between two trees, officers say he was thrown off his bike and suffered minor injuries to his face.
Police are appealing for information relating to anyone seen behaving suspiciously in the area prior to, or around the time of, the incident.
They are also advising any persons responsible that this behaviour carries a serious risk of injury to unsuspecting members of the public and will be dealt with accordingly.
