A serious collision on the A272 in North Chailey has left a 19-year-old man who was riding a motorcycle in hospital.
Police say the crash happened at around 7:55 on Tuesday morning, as the rider approached the junction with Beggar’s Wood Road.
His silver Honda motorcycle collided with a light green Kia turning onto the A272.
Officers want to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash, or who may have CCTV, mobile phone or dashcam footage.
The road was temporarily closed whilst emergency services remained on the scene, however it has since been re-opened.
Officers are pursuing a number of enquiries in an ongoing investigation and encourage anyone who witnessed the collision or who has relevant information such as CCTV, mobile or dashcam footage to report it to us.
