Fernleigh in Chichester is continuing to expand its offering as a lifestyle destination, with the arrival of stylish dog accessories brand Lola&Toff and the launch of The Beauty Rooms at Fernleigh.
The North Street destination has seen a number of independent retailers and lifestyle businesses open in recent months, including Cowdray Lifestyle, Cowdray Farm Shop and The Little Botanical.
Founded in Sussex, Lola&Toff is a family-run, stylish dog accessories brand inspired by the founders’ Cockapoos, Lola and Toffee. The business has developed a loyal following for its stylish and high-quality pet products, combining fashion with practical accessories for modern dog owners.
Its new Fernleigh store will officially open on 1 June, bringing a curated range of premium dog accessories, harnesses, leads, collars and lifestyle products to the city centre.
To mark the opening, Lola&Toff will offer a complimentary glass of fizz to the first 30 paying customers on the day, along with 10% off throughout its opening week.
Fernleigh has also recently launched The Beauty Rooms at Fernleigh, operated by beauty specialist Jodie. The new space offers a range of professional beauty and wellness treatments in a calm and welcoming environment.
The new openings are part of Fernleigh’s wider vision to create a vibrant mixed-use destination focused on lifestyle, wellbeing, retail and community.

Fernleigh says it is also working with additional retailers and a new reformer Pilates operator, which already has established studios in Sweden and Brighton.
Further announcements are expected soon as Fernleigh continues to develop its mix of retail, wellbeing and lifestyle brands.
