A pilot was taken to hospital after a light aircraft crashed while landing near Billingshurst.
Emergency services were called to Adversane, south of Billingshurst, at about 5.40pm on Monday, 10 August.
Sussex Police officers attended the scene and assisted crews from the ambulance and fire services.
The pilot sustained injuries in the crash and was taken to hospital for treatment. No details about the nature or seriousness of those injuries have been released.
Sussex Police said: "Emergency services responded after a light-aircraft crashed upon landing at Adversane, south of Billingshurst, at about 5.40pm on 10 August.
"Officers assisted the ambulance service and the fire service at the scene. The pilot sustained injuries and was taken to hospital."
No further details have been released about the aircraft or the circumstances surrounding the crash.
The incident happened in the Adversane area, several miles south of Billingshurst.
Emergency services have not confirmed whether anyone else was travelling in the aircraft at the time.
