The popular Stansted Summer Festival is returning for 2026, bringing a weekend of family fun, entertainment and eccentric charm to one of the area’s best-known country estates.
The event will take place at Stansted Park, offering visitors a packed programme of activities in the grounds of the historic estate.
Organisers say the festival on 27-28 June will combine traditional family entertainment with heritage attractions, live performances and a touch of the unusual.
Included in the ticket price will be a Napoleonic living history camp and re-enactments, giving visitors the chance to step back in time and experience history brought to life.
There will also be live music and performances across the weekend, alongside archery, heritage crafts and children’s entertainment.
Families will be able to enjoy garden games, mini golf, vintage cars and motorbikes, as well as access to the Stansted Yew Maze.
The Stansted Park Light Railway will also be running, with tractor and trailer rides adding to the country estate experience.
The festival is designed to appeal to all ages, with a mix of history, hands-on activities, outdoor fun and entertainment.
