Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a suspicious fire in Bognor Regis.
Emergency services were called to premises in Aldwick Road at about 11.30pm on Thursday, 23 July.
The fire was initially extinguished by a member of the public and firefighters.
Police believe the blaze was started deliberately and are treating the incident as arson.
A person wearing dark clothing was reportedly seen running away from the scene.
Officers investigating want to hear from anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area.
They are also appealing for CCTV, mobile phone, doorbell or dashcam footage which may assist their enquiries.
