A burglar who broke into three businesses in Bognor Regis during a single night has been jailed for 18 months.
Max Kramer stole cash from tills and a charity collection box after forcing his way into the premises by smashing glass.
The 34-year-old was linked to the offences through DNA found at the crime scenes and was also found in possession of receipts from a till he had stolen.
Portsmouth Crown Court heard the burglaries took place between 16 and 17 April 2026.

Kramer targeted a fish and chip shop in Highfield Road, a pub in Scott Street and a pizza takeaway in Aldwick Road.
He was later detained and arrested by police.
At Portsmouth Crown Court on 3 July 2026, Kramer admitted three counts of burglary other than a dwelling and one count of criminal damage.
Speaking after the case, Arun District Commander Chief Inspector Adam McCaig said: “Kramer targeted businesses during his overnight crime spree.
“His offences caused distress for the business owners who not only had to count the cost of the thefts, but also the cost of repairing the damage caused to their premises from smashed glass.
“We take reports of burglary seriously, and Kramer was swiftly detained.
“He is now serving a custodial sentence.”
