Did you witness a group of men fighting with knives and weapons in Whitehawk on 18 March?
Around five men were reportedly involved in the incident, which happened just after 6pm near to Swanborough Place.
It was then reported that some of those involved fled the scene by car, while others left on foot.
Officers conducted enquiries, leading to the arrest of 21-year-old Frankie Wheeler, of Swanborough Drive, Brighton, on 19 March.
He appeared at Brighton Magistrates Court the following day, charged with affray and possessing a knife in a public place. He was then conditionally bailed ahead of his next hearing on 17 April at Lewes Crown Court.
As the investigation progressed, a second man, also 21 and from Brighton, was arrested on 26 March on suspicion of affray, possession of a weapon in a public place, possession of a Class B drug, and assaulting an emergency worker.
He has since been bailed with conditions pending further enquiries.
Police would like to speak to the man seen in the images as our investigation continues.
If you recognise him, or have any information about the incident or those involved, police ask you to contact them. Anyone with relevant footage is also asked to come forward.
