Police are growing increasingly concerned for a missing man from Emsworth who has not been seen since travelling to Portugal.
Matthew, 47, was last seen in Lisbon on 26th March, where he had been attending a motorcycle racing circuit. He had been expected to return home on 1st April, but failed to do so, prompting concern from family and officers.
Sussex Police say enquiries are ongoing and they are now working closely with local authorities in Portugal to try and locate him. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance remain unclear.
Matthew is described as being around 5 foot 10 inches tall, with short grey hair. Officers have not released details about what he was last seen wearing, but are urging anyone who may have seen him or has information about his whereabouts to come forward.
The appeal extends to people both in the UK and abroad, particularly anyone who may have been in Lisbon around the time he was last seen, or who may have had contact with him since.
Police say they are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare as time passes, and are continuing to follow a number of lines of enquiry.
