The boss of Portsmouth Water speaks to V2 Radio about the major issues facing the water industry today.
Earlier this week on V2 Radio’s Brunch Hour, Tanya McCarthy spoke to Portsmouth Water Chief Executive Bob Taylor about some of the biggest issues facing the water industry.
During the interview, he discussed the steps being taken to help customers save water, the impact of new regulations, and the pressure water companies are under to rebuild public trust.
Portsmouth Water is also leading a campaign encouraging people to reduce their water use, as demand continues to rise and the effects of climate change place further pressure on supplies.
Bob also spoke about the Havant Thicket Reservoir project, a major new development designed to help secure future water supplies while supporting the protection of rare river habitats and creating a new green leisure space for local communities.
