People in Sussex will be able to put their questions directly to Southern Water when its next Your Water Matters event arrives in Worthing next month.
The public roadshow will take place at Worthing Assembly Hall in Stoke Abbott Road on Wednesday, 8 July.
Your Water Matters is a regular event hosted by Southern Water, giving customers the chance to meet staff, ask questions and find out more about work being carried out to improve services.
Residents will be able to hear more about plans to spend more than £44 million improving water resilience and upgrading wastewater infrastructure across Worthing over the next few years.
Southern Water says the event will also cover steps being taken to save water, future-proof the network and help customers make small changes at home to save both water and money.
Teams will also be on hand to discuss nature-based solutions being introduced to reduce the number of storm overflow releases.
Other topics include work to prevent blockages, pollution and flooding, as well as efforts to find and fix illegal sewer connections which can cause pollution.
Southern Water will also provide information about its community and schools education programme.
Tim McMahon, Southern Water’s Chief Operating Officer, will be among those attending.
Tim said: “We are looking forward to meeting our customers face-to-face and updating them on our activities in the area. I’ll be happy to answer as many questions as I can and will be ready to listen to any concerns or suggestions raised.
“This event is an opportunity for us to better understand our customers’ priorities and discuss how we will deliver the change we all want to see.”
Doors at Worthing Assembly Hall will open at 1.30pm and close at 6.30pm.
Residents across Sussex are being encouraged to attend, raise concerns and learn more about upcoming improvements.
