Two new police dogs serving Hampshire and the Isle of Wight have successfully completed their specialist training to detect drugs.
Harry and Whitney will play a key role in supporting frontline policing.
After completing an intensive training programme, the dogs will now support officers in identifying and disrupting illegal drug activity, including assisting at vehicle stops, search warrants, and community operations; contributing to safer communities and stronger enforcement against those involved in drug supply.
Inspector Andy Mooge said: "Harry and Whitney have shown fantastic potential throughout their training. Their deployment will significantly enhance our ability to detect drugs and support operations across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. Police dogs are an invaluable asset, and we are delighted to welcome them to the team."
